Este estudo pretende examinar o julgamento moral de comportamentos das pessoas no contexto dos relacionamentos românticos.  Compreender como as pessoas conceituam comportamentos como aceitáveis ou inaceitáveis pode ajudar a prever resultados pessoais e diádicos e, eventualmente, produzir intervenções psicológicas eficazes para indivíduos ou casais a fim de aumentar o bem-estar dos envolvidos nas relações amorosas. Participarão do estudo 800 pessoas, de ambos os sexos, maiores de idade, recrutadas online. Os participantes responderão ao Moral Foundations Questionnaire, ao Moral Wrongness of Relationship Behaviors, à Experience in Close Relationships Scale e ao Revised Sociosexual Orientation Inventory. Além de investigar as relações entre as variáveis observadas, concomitantemente, serão adaptadas e validadas as medidas de violações morais e sociossexualidade com escores dos participantes brasileiros. Os dados coletados serão analisados no ambiente de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais por meio de Análise Fatorial Confirmatória e Análise de Regressão Linear Multivariada. Os resultados serão discutidos conforme as perspectivas teóricas a Teoria do Apego e a Teoria das Fundações Morais.

 

O estudo será realizado pela equipe do Laboratório de Medidas da Psicologia (Labmedi), formada pelo prof. Dr. Hernandez (orientador) e pelos alunos de Iniciação Científica da UERJ: Camila Teodoro da Silva, Krysty Kaanda Nakamura Linhares, Nara Vilalba, Rachel Bundzman de Oliveira e Rodrigo Gomes.
